10 class pass TEEN FiT

Our CrossFit Teens program is designed for our youth athletes ages 12-16 years old, focusing on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics. They are taught to move well now so that they continue to move well (and prevent injuries) as they continue into Collegiate/adulthood athletics. By incorporating running, jumping, pushing, pulling and other activities young athletes need, we create a fun group environment where teens thrive. This program also encourages a community based on mutual respect and encouragement, building self-confidence and an appreciation for relationships.
