Circuit Fit is a 30-minute metabolic training class created by coach Hilary Glaus. CircuitFit combines cardio and strength training into one super-effective workout that packs a punch in a short amount of time. It's designed to tone muscle, burn fat, and improve your metabolic efficiency. CircuitFit will streamline your everyday routine into a 30-minute calorie-scorching experience.

Classes are open to all experience levels and are designed to be adjustable so that everyone gets a challenging workout and leave feeling accomplished.

The Endurance WOD class is designed to prepare all levels of athletes to improve their cardiovascular endurance. This class provides excellent running and rowing instruction and incorporates both singular and varied modalities to assist in the development of an increased work capacity over longer time frames. Expect to experience frequent and short intervals with scheduled rest periods, longer duration workouts, and time tests to assist in analyzing your progress. Build lean muscle mass, learn superior efficiency in movement cycle to become a fast, durable, long-lasting athlete.
