This program will consist of different components: Gymnastics, Strength and Skill Development, Weightlifting, Energy System Training and Recovery/Prehab Work. The class starts with a daily Connectivity (Gymnastics) based Warm Up designed to lay the foundation needed for proper execution of the infamous Crossfit Gymnastics moves; The Muscle Up and Handstand Walk. Next the class proceeds into the daily BBG (BarBell Gymnastics/Oly Weightlifting) session, utilized for Strength and Skill Development. Following the strength conponent will be the Conditioning (WOD) Designed as a short high intensity workout that will ramp up your energy systems. Finally, BX O classes end with instructed cool down stretch/recovery work. All in an hours work!
