CrossFit Unlimited

CrossFit is a Strength & Condition program. It consists of different components: Gymnastics, Strength and Skill Development, Weightlifting, Plyometrics, Energy System Training and Recovery/Prehab Work. The class begins with a warm up designed to lay the foundation needed for proper execution of the workout. Next the class proceeds into Strength and Skill Development. Following the strength component will be the Conditioning (WOD), designed as a short high intensity workout that will ramp up your energy systems. Finally, the class ends with instructed cool down stretch/recovery work. All in an hours work!
NOTE* Some classes will meet outdoors, for a fun exciting workout. No experience necessary.
