This program will consist of different components: Gymnastics, Strength and Skill Development, Weightlifting, Energy System Training and Recovery/Prehab Work. The class starts with a daily Warm Up designed to lay the foundation needed for proper execution of work that will proceed. Next the class proceeds into the daily Strength and Skill Development session. Following the strength conponent will be the Conditioning (WOD) Designed as a short high intensity workout that will ramp up your energy systems. Finally, classes end with instructed cool down stretch/recovery work. All in an hours work!
